RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Queens gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of your purchase. Items must be unused, in the same condition as received. Unfortunately, returns or exchanges requested beyond this 30-day window will not be accepted. REFUND POLICY

Refunds are generally not offered, but exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of the owner.
